No brand or company can avoid product issues and returns, it's inevitable. It's how you deal with those issues tho that sets you apart. The seller dealt with my issue 100% perfectly. Would buy from again. Great seller.

When I brought the item I got told it had already been sold and it was the last 1. Then got told it hadn't, they sent it 24hr with no tracking, after a a week I asked what was happing, they asked it I wanted a replacement, 48hrs later they tell me they "will make it easier" and refund my money. It's not hard to send and item. My opinion this to be a professional scam. You shouldn't lie to people. I waited about. Wasted my time and life
