    Unfortunately, the item I bought came damaged. When I reached out to the seller she took no responsibilty and insisted it was packed perfectly. She said it was insured, but the damage was not done by the USPS so I'm not sure what reaching out to them would have accomplished. I wasn't looking for my money back (& didn't ask for it). I can salvage the item. But I did want her to know & was surprised by & disappointed in her reaction/response. Especially for someone with so many good reviews.
