And same for sending costs, its to be expected to be buying from across the other side of the world. Although, the parcel could've been sent earlier up on buying, it had some sort of unknown delay that wasn't communicated, this however is supposedly due to just work, or unable to send said parcel. But thats just a guess. Communication was very simple and quick. We apologise for the delay, in our region of the world we had some very serious flooding which led to issues in being able to access our office which saw large amounts of water across our road and inside our warehouse.
