    Great workout dvd!

    This is a wonderful low impact full body workout. I have used this Dvd for many years and never tire of it as part of my overall fitness routine. This purchase was to replace an existing one left at our vacation locale. I would not want to be without this workout!

    Denise Austin Pilates for Everyone

    Denise Austin is boring and I thought that she had changed over the course of time but she hasn’t …she doesn’t split her exercises into segments and gives you no time to rest in between. If you are a beginner, this dvd is not a good choice.

    Good basic pilates DVD

    This is an oldie but goodie in my Pilates repertoire. I've used it for years. I was disappointed when I lost my copy of this DVD....but then was delighted when I found this replacement copy. The DVD came quickly, is in perfect shape, and plays fine.

    Denise Austin has always been a great trainer. I've used her workouts previously and know that they work and present body change if you're diligent in doing the workout. She's also very energetc and bubbly.
