    Tony Soprano may be heading for the exit.

    The writers are maybe running out of new ideas after so many episodes, but still one or two awkward surprises dredged up from the clash of mob violence vs shouty domestic lives. There are management problems and conflict in both. Haven't watched all the discs yet, but Tony is tiring of his lifestyle after nearly dying in the last series and could be heading for his denouement as the Feds do their stuff in this one. What will happen to the extended family?

    Terrific series

    The quality of this series has never dipped, I didn't see it until recently and this, Breaking Bad and Peaky Blinders are what good drama is all about. If you like your drama to pack action, suspense and twists then this is a must see.

    Exciting and an interesting study of human folly

    The Sopranos is a time tested classic charting the highs and downfalls of a small time Italian American Mafioso family. The portrayal of Tony Soprano is excellent. You will be challenged as, despite often being repelled by the actions of the characters, at the same time you really can't help sympathizing and even identifying with some of their trials and tribulations. The Sopranos is an effective portrayal of the moral relativism that not only persists in this fictional representation but in our very own communities and, in turn, globally.
