    Belongs on every bookshelf. Cheever is a superb writer of short fiction.

    I bought this book for a very good price, so I knew it wouldn't be pristine. Indeed, it has evidence of being stored in a slightly damp environment or perhaps left in the sun, but the book is intact, the pages clean and readable, so I got my money's worth. All in all, a good value. Thanks.

    Winter Reading...

    I could have bought this newer, but I really love old books and this one from 1978 was in pretty good shape. Couldn't beat the price and although it took a little longer to arrive it wasn't a hardship... :)
