I ordered A pillar trim pieces expecting OEM quality, but the items I received didn t fit perfectly and were a bit thin and slightly damaged at the bottom. After contacting the seller, he acknowledged the issue and explained that the product was more of a better than nothing , homemade option, which wasn t clear in the description. He was honest and had good communication, and followed through on offering a $15 partial refund, which I appreciated
