Removed the water tank from the packaging and noticed a small dent on the top of the tank. There was no damage to the packaging, I assume that the dent in the water tank happened before it was packaged. Installed the tank this past week and so far there has been no problem with tank leaking and the tank seems to be working normally. I am letting you know about the dent in case of a later issue. Thanks
