    I ordered the cortisol test as I was having to wait for the hospital to arrange one It arrived a month before my synth test yet I only got the results the day AFTER my synth test and that was only after I said I would file a claim against them. the results where wildly inaccurate and according to the results my cortisol had gone from 170 to well beyond 400 meaning I was now in the range for developing Cushing's syndrome ( too much cortisol) despite my symptoms for low cortisol getting worse.

    The item arrived quickly and the instructions contained in the box were very concise and easy to follow. The only problem I had was that I could not extract enough blood to fill the vial. This happens occasionally apparently if you do not have a good blood supply to your hands. I have contacted the LHC and they have offered me a refund which I am grateful for.
