The coffee machine was in perfect working condition when shipped. It was fully tested beforehand, with no power or functionality issues whatsoever. It's clear the buyer used it extensively and then attempted to return it under false pretenses.There was no valid complaint — just silence after my follow-up. I processed a refund only because eBay has limited seller protections, Let this serve as a warning: watch out for dishonest buyers like this.
