Bought a pair of 32" waist and was very disappointed to find they were just a little too tight, particularly when sitting. Everything else was good, I just needed a bigger size. Unfortunately the only place I could find a 33" waist was in the Official Levi shop and whilst they fit really well I did have to pay twice as much. Return and refund was carried out efficiently and I have no hesitation in recommending this seller.

I messaged the seller, they replied within a few hours and sent a new pair out. These arrived the next day. Many thanks for your excellent customer service.
