    good study book

    This book is a good study book to use along with the bible. I also enjoy the other study commentary by Matthew Henry which goes into more details but easy to understand. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn more about the bible.

    I should have bought this decades ago!

    After checking reviews, I went with this and I'm so glad I did. Even if you've read verses many, many times, this book most often adds some layer of clarity that prompts new insight and understanding. Several reviews say the text is small, but it's much larger than most Bibles' text. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a compelling companion to greater understanding of the Bible.
