    Good quality, good price but suspicious of "brand new" description

    I cannot be sure for certain that it is brand new, unopened as it shows as previously registereed and has lots of Korean, or some other Asian language aps, etc that I need to be very careful with. It seems good genuine Samsung quality and I am working my way through the difficulties and getting a tune out of it as I go,
