- _***a (235)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseFirst this company should not be selling to people who have lost there children, they held my flowers back which meant i missed my sons anniversary off his death , The flowers finally turned up today and the box is damaged and all the flowers are crushed, they are awful condition, I wouldn’t buy nothing again from this company, they disrespect you and totally ruin the experience, please be aware before you buy from these people, there a nasty little companyReply from: silkybouquets- Feedback replied to by seller silkybouquets.- Feedback replied to by seller silkybouquets.We treat all customers with respect but refuse to respond to swearing. Sadly we are a little baffled of where 'nasty and disrespect' has been mentioned. Buyer has been updated and acknowledged her personalised item would be posted one working day later than the standard design would be, after confirming ok in message she then reached out and accused us of being nasty. We offered to cancel the order and refund, she wished to continue and received the item today only to then leave this feedback.

I was however disappointed with the packaging….a battered old crisp box, was a poor choice and it was fortunate that the item survived the journey (see photos attached). You provide a good service and I would definitely recommend you to others but you do need to rethink the packaging.

Opened a case as then have a reply straight away ask me to close it and they will send! Please be aware this is not something advertised as you can’t reopen it and seller knows this so please buy with caution. Should have read the feedback before buying as looks like I’m not the only unhappy customer! With the case open we knew she could opt to refund when on route, she then opted to refund once we had agreed to send.
