    It was out of stock for 10 days, unfortunately with Ebay rules it would have been sent out too late. The buyer was informed it would be relisted in 10 days, which it was.The error was due to it being last item, and was damaged

Excellent communication from the seller. Dispatched promptly but Royal Mail 48 should be renamed Royal Mail 120 - 5 days for 2 day delivery!
