    These flowers are really beautiful and great value for the price, loads of them and well wrapped too- but delivery took a while and some of the blooms were dropping by the time they got here. Seller might want to consider another courier.

    Very poor communication, no card added with flowers so family member didn’t know who sent them or where they came from which was embarrassing but they did say the flowers were lovely once I’d contacted them to check if they had received. Messages don’t get responded to which was annoying when your sending flowers as a gift
