    Hello, I used this because my brain was getting sluggish, and I felt it worked great. Alzheimers runs in my family, and I want to do anything I can to prevent it . Don't get cheaper brands- Solgar and Standard Process are top of the line . Give it a try if someone in your family has beginning signs of cognitive decline . I feel more alert with the jitters of caffeine .

    Essential Liver Support

    I read that a lot of medications attack the human liver, to make you feel better or fight certain symptoms.
