The item was despatched swiftly but then it took from 16 Aug to 13 September to arrive using eBay's delivery service. The tracking was poor and actually lost track around 5th September, then reappeared on Sept 12. This is not a criticism of the sender but of eBay's EXPENSIVE mailing service (sic) and poor tracking. And why did it arrive as cargo - a standard letter post would have been quite sufficient and cheaper?
