    Solved My Issue

    After doing a little web research, I was thinking this PCB may be the culprit. In my instrument cluster the only gauges that worked were the fuel and oil pressure, the tach, speedo, temp and voltmeter did not. This was the fix! If you take your dash apart this far, replace all the lamps in the cluster and climate control.
