Long ago, the manufacturer used a "cotton/spandex" and I purchased these because it was listed as such. Howerver the tag is in fact, the newest blend of "cotton/elastine", which the market deems "the same". It's not. But I am keeping the capris because of the fit. I just wanted to note this, for those still searching for the coveted original blend. They are brand new and were shipped in a timely manner.
