      The diary arrived well packaged and new, as described. The dispatch and delivery time was disappointing. Ordered on 22 August, I was given an estimated delivery date of 26 to 29 August, but it wasn't dispatched until 27 August, and arrived on 1 September. As it was a 2026 diary, this didn't matter, but I would hesitate to order something where the delivery date was more crucial. Otherwise, I'm perfectly happy.

      Seller ignored my request to cancel the mistaken order, then, despite me confirming that I didn't want the item, they tried to send it and had a 'no returns policy'. I had to recover payment via PayPal. Not happy with the lack of communication that could have sorted it all out.
