Das vorgelegte Buch betrachtet systematisch und nachvollziehbar die Optimierungen in der Beschaffung. Optimierungen des Einkaufs zeigen sich in zeitlicher Wirkungsfolge bspw. Durchlaufzeit, Prozess oder wertmassig als Kosten Wareneinsatz, Aufwand, Effizienz. Im Rahmen der Ausarbeitungen werden mehr als einhundert Ansatze der Optimierung aufgezeigt, welche das Unternehmensziel Gewinne zu erwirtschaften, aktiv unterstutzen. Der Beitrag der Beschaffung zur Gewinnmaximierung wird mit dem vorliegenden Werk begreifbar. Die Zukunft liegt in der Automatisierung, Autonomisierung, Einkauf 4.0 und Teamorientierung, welche selbst justierende Regelkreise bringt und proaktiv an Verbesserungen arbeitet. Das Buch unterteilt sich in seinem Aufbau in 19 Kapitel. Das erste Kapitel dient der Einfuhrung in die Aufgabenstellung und das Problem der Notwendigkeit und das Potenzial der Beschaffungsoptimierungen, sowie den Ausfuhrungen uber die methodische Vorgehensweise des Buchaufbaus und deren Abgrenzungen. Die Kapitel 2 bis 16 dienen der Beschreibung und Erlauterung der Massnahmen zu einer Optimierung. Die Kapitel wurden chronologisch anhand des Ishikawa Modells in die funf Gruppen: Maschine, Material, Methode, Mitwelt und Mensch vorstrukturiert. Diese klassische Ishikawa-Struktur wurde vom Autor um die Gruppe Prozess erweitert. Diese sechs Untergruppierungen dienen der Orientierung und UEbersichtlichkeit. Das Kapitel 17 beschreibt die Planung der Umsetzung. Es setzt hierzu zwei Schwerpunkte: - Die Bewertung der Massnahmen mittels Aufwands- und Nutzenbewertungen - Die Priorisierung der Massnahmen mittels Portfolio Technik Weitere Hilfe in der Optimierung der Beschaffung gibt der schnelle Umsetzungsleitfaden, welche dem Leser einen schnellen und strukturieren Handlungsleitfaden an die Hand gibt um strukturiert an das Ziel zu gelangen.
