Seller sent wrong DVD series to me, and when notified, immediately made arrangements to send me the correct set. Seller sent correct set and forgot to include the R/A label so I could return the original package. When notified of the missing R/A label, Seller told me to keep the other package to make up for any inconvenience.

It was sealed, which added to its appeal. The only improvement would be to also bag and board sealed items for added protection.
