About this product

Product Information

This third and final volume of Norman Sherry's biography takes Graham Greene from the very real peril of Cuba to the rigours of the Belgian Congo, through tumultuous Haiti, Nicaragua and Panama, his confrontation with the French mafia, and then into Spain, up to a quiet death at 86, in Switzerland. Sherry illuminates Greene's mind and methods, models and motivation, from his heady success and surprising failure as a playwright; the wrenching loss of his beloved Catherine Walston and the deep but different love affairs that followed; to his final forays into the evil, fulminating trouble spots of the world which beckoned as sirens all his days

This is my second time buying from this seller and I would definitely place another order in the future. This time I ordered three books and everything went well. The books arrived in great condition, matching the description. As always they are very carefully wrapped. The prices are great and the communication is always very kind and clear.. responses very quickly. Highly recommend this seller.

This book arrived in good condition and as described and good was good value as were the other books I ordered. Unfortunately the packaging didn't survive Royal Mails handling and this was the only book I received of five I had ordered. I contacted WeBuyBooks and they have been brilliant in trying to resolve the issue of the missing books. They are replacing one that they still have in stock though unfortunately are unable to do so for the other three so are issuing a refund for these.

This book is exactly as described and in excellent condition. I'm really pleased with the quality and the price I paid which very low and exceptional value for money. The book was very well packaged and dispatched and delivered very quickly in just a couple of days. Excellent communication throughout with the seller. Very friendly, helpful and prompt response. I have bought from this seller a few times and everything has always met or exceeded my expectations.
