      Expected to get Royal Mail Tracked 24 as the item suggests, but only got Royal Mail Tracked 48. Item arrived in good time though, but something to be aware of incase you need it quickly. Item is advertised as new, but it didn't come with shrink wrap & the box looked slightly damaged making it difficult to verify if thats true. It wasn't shipped in a box, the controller just had a label slapped on it with some fragile tape. But the controller works perfectly & is cheaper than Amazon, so not upset

      So I always believe you find out how good a seller is when there is a problem, I hadn't issue with the dispatch of my item, once the seller was contacted by Ebay, they acted very fast and communication was excellent, they sorted the issue and dispatched my item as discussed, maintained the contact till the item was delivered today, I could of cancelled the order but after the explanation was satisfied and wasn't let down, credit where it's due.
