    The first version of Nest, still worth it depending on the price

    This is the first generation of the Nest Thermostat, which was only sold in US, and therefore won't work in other countries with boilers that use dry contacts, unless you use a relay and a transformer. I did that, and it works as a charm, also has all the functions of the newer versions, so I would say if you get it for a much cheaper price than the current version, it is totally worth it :-)

    Excellent

    I ran a 24v coil for a thermostat I was going to use because I have a 2 wire system heat only this uses the 2 wire no fighting easy as 1 2 3 all I have to do now is sit back a NB d when I buy a Alexa or Google home no more getting up a nite to raise or lower the temperature

    Nest thermostat best smart thermostat

    I have about 8 of these at different houses all over and they are by far the easiest and best thermostats I have used, they have literally saved me hundreds in heating costs, I highly recommend them to anyone, the average joe can set it up and it doesn't take much to get it going .
