    Well worth the money

    I purchased this drive on a recommendation and I wasn't disappointed. With a minor firmware downgrade this drive works great for making UHD discs. The only complaints I have are two. 1) The support software that comes with it is written only in Japanese so I was out of luck trying to install it. It didn't really matter. I use several apps that recognize this drive for its capabilities so had no need for the included software. 2) The drive has the capability to utilize a 5 volt, 1.5 amp power adapter for when additional power may be needed. It doesn't come with an adapter and doesn't include a link on where to buy one specifically recommended for it. These two issues are not a game breaker. The drive is still well worth the money.     Possible to flash it with libredrive enabled firmware for MakeMKV

    Comes with firmware BU14, flashable with a libredrive enabled firmware to make it MakeMKV ready. Works out of the box, you don't have to remove the drive for flashing.
