      The machine is wonderful. If it had not been well packaged by the seller, I would have received a broken machine. I believe the shipping company repacked the box in a much larger box not marked fragile. I opened the large box I saw the original box. The inner box was wet and I could open it with my hands. The seller packed the item in an appropriate sized box with fragile written on the box tape. The packer wrapped the machine in bubble wrap that kept the machine safe. I recommend this seller
