Everything I was hoping for
I love my new bread maker. This is my 4th one and by far it is the best. It is very easy to use, it is quiet and stable,no moving across the counter, and I have had great results with every recipe I have tried. My favorite feature is that there is a signal that lets me know when to remove the paddle so no more digging and making a big hole in the bottom of my bread. Noisy bread maker which burns the crust

Great Tasting Bread from a Bread Machine and No fail Dougn for oven Baking
Bakes great bread. I use the Bread Book Bible and it has been a no fail experience. I love the way the dough is completely mixed and elastic for non fail finish in the oven. Made Great Bread
The bread maker was exactly as described. I have baked 3 loaves of bread, different recipes, and they all came out great. The loaves I tried were on the sweet side, Sally Lunn, cinnamon sugar, and "cake mix" bread. Because the recipes included ingredients, such as more sugar, egg, cake mix, and cinnamon, I used vital gluten to make sure that they would rise properly. Certain ingredients can affect how well a loaf rises. The operation is simple. You put the ingredients in the pan, put it into the machine, close the lid, and plug it in. Then you press one button to select the type of bread, one button to select the loaf size, one button to select the loaf color, then the start button. That's it. The bread type that I selected was "sweet bread". The medium sized loaf was a perfect size. It rose to just over the top of the bread pan, so I suspect that the large size loaf would have risen too much. This may be because I used the vital gluten. The display screen doesn't have a backlight, so It can be a bit difficult to read. I had to make sure the machine was not under the shadow of a kitchen cabinet.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Just did TASTY 1st Loaf
I did watch comparison videos, on YouTube, and chose this for Brand, and price, and so happy with this machine! I did the cinnamon swirl loaf, love the texture and taste! , i do have to make folding adjustments wjem putting in the sugar and cinnamon , so bottom is MY FAULT!awesome even with my mistake machine, easy to use and clean, yes i am short, so used kitchen stool, but used to that, as one is a permanent “tool” in my kitchen! Live this machine!Delighted!!!

This is a very easy to use bread maker. One thing that is bit of a shortcoming is during the kneading process, sometimes you need to "help" it along by using a rubber spatula to mix in dry ingredients trapped in the corners of the pan. Very good bread-maker. Easy to use, clean and bread comes out delicious, just follow the instruction in cookbook, I bought it for my mom and she is so happy, we have big family and using almost everyday. Unfortunately Cuisinart does not have in stock anymore and I had to pay more then double, But still happy.
