    I simply asked the Seller if it may be possible to lower the postage on the item I won. I gave NO indication that I wanted to cancel the order, but they unilaterally and immediately canceled my order. I then responded to their message by saying that I very much want the item and am willing to pay for the item with the FULL postage set forth in the invoice. Based on his actions, I can only conclude that the Seller wanted to cancel the order, despite the fact that I was the highest bidder.
