    Thank! I received your package. I received a mail packet with SMS01 Sealey Drill Bit Sharpener Bench Grinder Attachment [Grinders Accessories] - and checked it straight away. Works well - 7mm drill rake. on a small stone made exactly and clearly within 1.5-2.0 mm (by eye) without problems. Foundry parts (all 4 parts), made to a good level of precision casting and covered with a fairly hard paint coating (probably baked). All machining parts are also of a good standard. The hardness of the flat spring is within HRC35-55, which will ensure its durability in this case even with strong pressure (bending). All nodes work accurately and interconnected. Design - the device is beautifully designed and always ready to go. Disadvantages: the groove for fastening for a grinding stone is designed for ...

    Distinctly average

    It came missing a grub screw. Luckily I had a reasonable replacement to hand. Also, it really doesn't sit handily next to a grinding wheel, however you position it, but the real issue is excessive play in the swivelling part. If you're sharpening a small drill bit, you can't afford to have the bit moving around (isn't that the point of using a jig?). With this device, the whole jig moves within its swivel mounting. Ok, it's cheap, I probably got what I paid for, but I'm already looking for a better replacement

    Absolute crap.

    Where do I start? This is the worst manufacturing I have ever seen. So many badly made parts, out of line and very poor quality. The adjustable slide bracket is so far out of line, it cannot hold a drill straight. the lip rest is non functional. It claims up to 3/4" drills, but the rest is too short for a standard length 3/4" drill. They could not even get the instruction right. Photo on box is reverse of photo in instructions, and neither way gives the angles claimed. It is NOT ideal for use with any standard bench grinder! as claimed in the advertising. Even their own grinder in the instructions is raised on 2 pieces of packing.

    Utter rubbish.

    This product is a very poor quality copy of the original drill sharpening jig. The whole thing is loose and the adjustment device has a coil spring instead of a star spring washer making adjustment of the drill carrier almost impossible. The angle adjustment that gives the drill point again is so badly made that getting repeatability is again impossible. All together the jig is of very poor quality and I would not recommend it.

    For the money, pretty good.

    This jig doesn't do it for you by any means but does hold the drill at the right angle which is the main problem. It also gets the relief angle right.
