    Good case that enhances usefulness of iPad 2

    Well made, works well and looks cool. The part of the case that enhances audio was a surprise and it does improve the iPad sound quite a bit. The only issue I had is that the base of the vertical support feature that holds the iPad at an upright angle is not rigid. So if you rest the whole thing on anything soft (a couch, bed or pillow) making any movements causes the iPad to easily pop out of the magnetic support slots. My solution for this is to put the entire case on something flat and rigid, such as a clipboard or thin rectangle of wood. That makes it much more stable when moved. Newer versions of this case come with a back-lit keyboard, which would be nice to have. Also, it would be great if there was a built-in track-pad to work like a mouse. But even without these features, this ...

    Good for Travel, but not day to day

    My case arrived in very good condition. The reason I rated it just okay is that I have a clam shell case that I have used for about three years and it is a much firmer base to work on. If you travel alot this is a good case to get to put your iPad in but when you are home I recommend putting it in a clam shell base. This has flipped over too many times when I have held it in my hand getting up from my chair. I always need to remember to lay it flat. The weight is great, much lighter than a clam shell, the keyboard is firm & good to type on, & the angles are good for viewing.

    Does what it needs to do

    People have complained that this product adds too much bulk to your iPad but my rebuttal is that you are adding a fully functioning keyboard to an iPad, there is no way to do that and not add weight or size. It is still smaller than a laptop, which if you have an iPad I assume you are using it in place of a laptop. I like the product, I use it for taking notes in class as well as use it just as a stand. It makes typing so much easier than using the spread out keyboard of the iPad. It is a sturdy design and the only time I ever have trouble with it standing is when I'm on carpet, but that is expected since it is not a hard surface. Overall it functions very well, connection was easy, and it is very protective.

    Good stuff but unstable...

    Great except tilt up magnet system is not stable. Keyboard and smart Blue tooth is awesome. But when you stand up the iPad, the three positions that hold it up use weak magnets and not grooves. On a table its OK, but you cannot use the keypad on your lap. The iPad flops over. Other thn that...great keyboard.

    Belkin Ultimate Keyboard

    Worked great, fits perfectly and the 3 position stand has a strong magnet. No issues with the bluetooth connection and the cover is very sturdy. It is very slim and the keyboard tucks away nicely when not being used.
