    Received a defective speaker that I believe the seller knew about, as it was open, not sealed. When I asked for replacement or return, the seller agreed to return on my money. I paid £24 for the speaker , £5 for the initial shipment, probably another £15 for the return, so £20 lost by having the bad luck to buy from this seller. And he/she will probably sell it again, hoping that someone will not need to use the speaker through Bluetooth (the defective side of it) More customers losing money.

    Our stock is Amazon warehouse goods. We’ve sold thousands of items and always issue refunds, which is why we have 100% positive feedback. Sorry the speaker didn’t meet expectations, but why would we knowingly sell a faulty item? eBay protects your return, and once it’s back, if the fault exists it will be listed as such. Royal Mail returns cost under £3.50, so £15 seems exaggerated. A message first would have resolved this without negative feedback.
