Still waiting for a refund. Even after rejecting the item said it was coming. There response was the post me the tracking. Slight issue at the manufacturers? Nothing to do with the seller. Racks are very good value. Problem with DHL. On the 12th I received an email from DHL saying they will be delivering (as notified by the seller), on Thursday the 8th. Clearly DHL are unaware that Doctor Who does not loan out the 'Tardis' to delivery companies to enable time travel.
