    Seller has received multiple messages and from Ebay as well. His products were returned by HIS shipper. He cited tariffs not paid, his bill was paid and thats all there is to it. Similar package from him, arrived no issues. Not there is an issue? Rude, condescending and says its ebay's problem. No its the sellers/shippers problem!
