      My machine was extremely well packed taking care to wrap and protect each piece inside the box. Shipping was very fast, faster than expected. The pictures showed everything that was included in the package, which was a lot of little pieces. The description said untested but appears to heat up, which it does and does in fact operate as it should. The price was great as similar pieces sell for same prices but without the $100-$200 of extra little pieces included in the box.
