    Best velvety eyeshadow

    Beautiful color eyeshadow with a velvety matte finish! I have very dry skin and do not care to accentuate that with harsh colors or sparkle. Laura Mercier shadows have been my favorite for providing a soft focus effect. It’s disappointing that they have been discontinued. Product purchased is new and exactly as stated!
