    After watching a tube video, we realized that all the parts were there after at first contacting the seller and complaining it was missing parts. He was gracious enough to offer a refund minus shipping, although it clearly stated no returns. I apologized for our mistake, and didn't falsely take the money he offered. This was definitely my mistake, not his.
