      Genuinely nice person to work with, and the item was as described. Unfortunately, the seller was inexperienced with packaging and failed to tape the glass to preclude damage during shipping: the glass shattered and damaged the watercolor. It will be difficult if not impossible to repair. But I do take some blame for not thinking to inform the seller of the need to either remove the glass or properly tape it for safety. Hence my neutral review.
