What gave an edge to the transaction though is that the seller used the delivery firm Evri who were not efficient in their delivery with the parcel not arriving on the day notified but 3 days later after my having to chase the firm to enquire as to where the parcel was. The driver's excuse was that the property couldn't be found which is ridiculous as my property is in a very prominent position in the town.
