It's supposed to have 1200W of power, but my previous vacuum had only 800W and was much stronger than this one even if I choose the strongest option. It doesn't clean the carpet at all—not even a single crumb. It also has a burning smell, just like my old vacuum did when it was breaking down. Now the whole house smells. I can’t recommend this brand, and unfortunately, returns are not accepted.
