    On March 23, 2025, I purchased a Quentin Grimes Rookie Card and initially paid $2.99 +TAX for shipping; however, the shipping cost was only $0.69 +TAX. When reaching out to this seller and requesting a refund of $2.46 they responded with, “Hi- I'm sorry but that is the shipping cost.” This was clearly not the case as shown in the pictures I’ve provided. I understand it's only a couple of bucks but when buyers make thousands of purchases a year, this cost adds up!
