    Fun Heavy Metal romp

    Great film for fans of the Heavy Metal comic, and of animated sci fi. The characters are interesting and the vehicles are pretty cool. Lots of action and a little twist at the end. Recommend!

    A really great movie at a good price.

    This movie was made in the same vein as the original movie "Heavy Metal". This movie had an increased amount of violence between Good and Evil, the depiction of the evil different from the original, however as the evil had taken a new form, the depiction works very well! Once the viewer understands the story the action itself makes the story so much better. I would say this movie is on par with the original movie. The heavy metal music score is very different from the original, yet it goes with this movie rather well. All in all, this movie is an excellent follow up to the original movie and will stand on its own. I liked the movie and only wish there was another coming.

    A great follow-up to the original movie.

    The two main characters are Tyler voiced by Michael Ironside and Julie voiced by Julie Strain. The Animation is fabulous. The heavy metal music choices for the movie I feel were somewhat poorly choiced . The music in the original was engagingand tied into the short stories. Heavy metal 2000 is one story tied together. Maybe in 5 more years a 3rd Heavy Metal movie will appear
