I bought this item on Aug. 7th, on the 14th it was marked as shipped but with no tracking#. I messaged them on the 22nd, got a reply saying there was a mistake in shipping 2 days later, saw it got a tracking# on the 28th, shipped next day and arrived on Sep. 9th. I know imports are a pain, but you should take care to make sure the item has actually been sent.
