    A different kind of golf book

    This isn't about the golf swing, it's about how to practice it. Adam Young is an experienced golf instructor, but this isn't a bunch of swing keys or how to cure your slice or hit it farther. It is rather about how we learn motor skills -- specifically those associated with golf -- and how we can harness that knowledge to improve our golf. There are a bunch of surprising findings, along with a few that come out exactly as you would expect. I know my approach to practice has changed due to some of the information in this book, and I'm shooting lower scores -- probably as a result.

    Adam Young, "The Practice Manual".

    The author explores and explains learning concepts that everyone has experienced but does not know what they are or how to use them to learn and improve. I am not done with the book yet but enjoying and learning from it a lot. Mr. Young seems very knowledgeable about what he is writing and makes it easy to understand.

    Don't Waste Your Money!!!

    This book will put you in a deep sleep it is so uninterestingly bad. If you are looking for a good way to get rid of your insomnia this book might cure your problem. It was so bad I had to throw it in the garbach 3/4 of the way into the book.
