When the package arrived, I instantly noticed looking at the jacket that this was maybe a toddler medium. Many of the other listings for this jacket list it as either child or toddler size. The seller refused to fully refunding me, so even if I did a refund I would only get 4 dollars back. One star because seller seems to value money over honesty and customer service.
