I love this trackball!
After ending up with braces on both wrists due to carpal tunnel many many moons ago, I switched over from a typical mouse to this design and I still use one to this day. I have smaller hands and shorter than average fingers, and it fits my hand easily. It's become an extension of my hand that I don't have to even think about.
