All warranties and guarantees provided by the brand, manufacturer, or trademark holder are void with purchases made through ASAPPLIANCES.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Do not return items without filing for a return. Failure to do so will result in no refund being issued.
Please note that it is the buyer s responsibility to review the product’s condition, including the retail box’s condition or absence. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstandings regarding the product’s listed details.

If you have just opened an eBay account or have less than 10 feedback, your order will be cancelled. This policy is due to the high number of scams on eBay recently.
Returns Policy:
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition for an exchange or full refund. Please contact us through eBay messaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund return postage costs on items that are not faulty.

We maintain a rigorous system for logging the serial numbers of all parts shipped, and discreetly mark each item for identification purposes. This ensures we can accurately track our products and protect against fraudulent returns. Should we detect any attempts to return non-genuine or damaged components under the guise of our products, we will take immediate action. This includes prosecuting the perpetrators to the fullest extent of the law and reporting them to the relevant fraud departments.
If an item has been tampered with or attempted to be fixed, we may decide not to issue a full refund for the item.
We will not tolerate any negative behavior or threats. Any misuse of eBay Money Back Guarantee will be reported to eBay and Action Fraud. Please approach us in a friendly manner, as you would like to be contacted yourself.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS:
All damage, faults, or problems must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Any issues reported after this period will not be covered.
We thoroughly inspect all items before dispatch. In the unlikely event of receiving something faulty or damaged, please contact us via eBay messaging to arrange the appropriate course of action. You may be required to provide photographic verification of the damage or fault.
We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the item and its packaging are not in satisfactory condition when returned.
We operate a strict no-part refunds policy. However, if a part refund is agreed upon, no returns will be accepted.
Do not return your order without contacting us first. Failing to do so may result in no refund being issued.
