    Great phone but keyboard issue

    The phone is great. It's a step up from my galaxy core prime. Loads more memory, better camera, smooth control and long battery life. Keyboard is great apart from one major issue. I use 4×3 keyboard with predictive text. This works on any message format like messenger, WhatsApp and text etc but does not work on any search format such as Google search, Facebook search, play search, Ebay search etc. It only works in Amazon search. Nothing wrong with phone, it's an issue with Samsung and there is no update to fix this. Because of that very frustrating issue, I give it a four out of five, otherwise it would have been a five!

    Phone works fine and hidden the scratches so can't complain for the price

    Liked the j5 2017 better but this has more memory. This phone has more scratches than I would have liked but good overall. Maybe I was spoilt with the j5 which was like new for similar price

    Overall a good buy. Just getting used to the phone after having an iPhone. The smart switch feature was very helpful for getting my old stuff transferred. Screen is a good size and the colour is very clear. I would recommend this phone as it has everything needed.
