      Good windows product

      Well it installed perfectly, and the product code went in just fine, but I cannot register it with Microsoft on their automated site ( phone call) or the usual auto registration there for I've a black screen, and no sound drivers, so it's not really usable. It was installed onto a brand new hard drive as I'm unable to access the original hard drive widows XP because of pass word issues as the laptop is an old office one that had not been unlocked. Anyway other than this it was a good purchase and installed fine. nothing to do with the seller at all. I will get the laptop unlocked and then try upgrading win XP.
